Palmas Animal Welfare group was organized to address the stray and abandoned pets in Puerto Rico. Our mission is to assist in reuniting lost pets with owners, finding forever homes for abandoned pets, and lower the overall stray population with spay and neuter for all animals in Puerto Rico. While we make every effort to find loving and suitable homes in Puerto Rico, there are just too many animals for our little island.
We work with various rescue organizations in Puerto Rico and the mainland US to find fosters and forever homes.
